Peppoland Q Tokyo Voice From Users

As part of the overall summary of the demonstration project “Value Creation Project Using Peppol e-invoice (Phase 2),” which has been conducted since September 2025, the parent company Triplo M’s S.A. hosted the 2nd Peppoland Q Tokyo Voice From Users.

About 40 participants, including government agencies, attended the venue, and the two-hour event was very successful.

The first part, titled “Voice From Users,” featured presentations from nine participating companies reporting on their demonstration projects and sharing raw feedback. In addition to companies that also participated last year, there were reports on DX experiences conducted in new business areas.

The content of Part One was also streamed on YouTube. Many representatives from companies and government offices were able to watch the stream.

The first part concluded with closing remarks from Mr. Kato of the Digital Agency.

The second part was titled “Digital is not difficult, anyone can do it if they try,” and we conducted a mimic game using the app QMS TRACE, which was used in the demonstration experiment.

The game involves creating a cart with the correct products registered in the app and sending the invoice for that cart to the judge. One person from each table was selected, making six participants, along with one volunteer player, resulting in a total of seven competitors.

The volunteer player’s screen was continuously projected on the venue’s screen so that even those not participating could see what was happening.

The biggest challenge was to create a digital invoice from a cart with the correct combination of products and send it to the judges. It was important to select the correct tax rate for each product.

Since the judges were experts, even though it was a game, we could hear a lot of valuable advice, and the venue was very lively. It truly allowed everyone present to experience firsthand that once familiar with the app, it is not difficult to use.

Above all, it showed that it was possible to easily send invoices without thinking about Peppol, which was the aim of the demonstration project.

Of course, the results of the demonstration project could not have been achieved without the support of the event participants, all the companies and representatives who took part in the demonstration, and the partners who cooperated with us.

Once again, we sincerely thank you for your assistance.
